Taos Wellness Retreats creates a healing program itinerary for your retreat but it does not include your meals or accommodations. We can offer you a list of local accommodations including the option to stay with our partner business, Maravilla B&B when it opens April 2026.

Ideally, plan your retreat 4 weeks or more in advance to give us time to book your healing appointments. We will do our best to accomodate retreat requests as soon as 2 weeks in advance, but some of our healers will be fully booked so short notice will limit your options of healing treatments.

Yes, Taos is beautiful anytime of year! Yes, it gets cold in the winter, so you’ll need to bring layers. The southwest sun is usually strong during the day and can warm to the 40’s-50’s but goes below freezing at night. If you are a skier you might like to ski before or after your retreat. 

If you stay with our partners at Maravilla B&B (opening April 2026), most of your healers will come to you as there is a treatment room on site. If you stay in any other accommodation, you will drive to your healer’s offices for your sessions.

Yes, all your sessions will be one-on-one with a high-level healers. What is so special about Taos Wellness Retreats is all the personal attention you’ll receive in support of your healing and transformation. The only exception will be if you choose to go on a small group tour of Taos Pueblo. 

Most Retreats will include 2, 90-minute healing treatments each day with plenty of time for rest and reflection between sessions. How many sessions/day is up to you. You might choose to have a 3rd evening treatment that can help you to unwind such as a foot massage, essential oil annoiting and sound healing. Your Retreat is likely to also include a 3-hour Mountain or Desert Medicine Walk or Taos Pueblo Tour.

Naraya or one of our Retreat Guides will check in with you daily. You will be given our phone number where you can call or text if you have questions or need support.

If you stay at Maravilla B & B, healthy, homemade breakfasts are included. They can also arrange for additional meals or juices during your stay.. 

Yes, Wheeler Peak Rent-a-Car is located at Taos Regional Airport and Enterprise  is in South Taos. There is also taxi, Uber and Lyft available.

You’ll pay 50% deposit at the time you book your Retreat. You’ll pay the balance 7 days before your Retreat begins.
